Porter Service

After a long day of traveling, you will be ready to relax, have dinner, head to the beach, or maybe to your favorite bar for a drink but first comes unloading all of your luggage and gear. Why spend even a minute of your vacation or the last bit of energy unloading when we can do this for you. We will show up at your door when you arrive, unload your belongings, and place them in their needed location.

 

What's better is we will also come and pack your vehicle for you once you are ready to head home in the same professional manner in which we took care of you when you arrived.

There are three choices below so please choose the right option for you and click Add to Cart. We will charge our Concierge Fee at the time your order is confirmed then communicate with you to determine when you will arrive at your destination or plan to depart so we are ready to take care of your belongings so you can spend the maximum time relaxing.

Safety

  • All employees undergo a background check during our hiring process.


Tipping

  • Yes, tipping is welcomed for quality service.


Late Arrival

  • Arriving after 9:00pm will require an additional $50 service charge.


Large Party

  • Service is for 4 guests. Each additional guest will be charged an additional $35.

  • If you have more than 1 family (4 guests), please book two reservations for the same date and address.


Luggage, Bags and/or Gear

  • Service is for 2 pieces per person and should weigh no more than 50 lbs per item.

  • An additional $10 per item will be assessed for luggage and/or gear of more than 8 items or items weighing more than 50 lbs.

Cancellation

  • A complete refund minus $25 will be issued for cancellations 2 weeks or more before your service.

  • No refund for cancellations within 2 weeks of service.

  • Items such as purses, make-up bags, backpacks, or other small items do not count in the total. (ie: items similar to personal items that would fit under an airplane seat)
