Before traveling to your vacation destination, going to the grocery store, packing, and unpacking your food and drinks takes a tremendous amount of time and effort. If you decide to not take up additional space in your vehicle or if you are traveling by air, having to go to the grocery store after a long days travel is exhausting.
Why waste time, effort, and energy when you have your personal concierge service? All you need to do is enter or copy and paste your grocery list in the text box or upload your list below.
We shop at local grocery stores that can meet most, if not all of your needs. Please understand that some items in your market may not be the same here or even available. We will do our best to get the exact item on your list but sometimes substitutions must be made. When a substitution is needed, we will purchase the next closest item.
We will work with your rental company to gain access to the house ahead of your arrival so that your refrigerator and cabinets/pantry are stocked. PLEASE NOTE WE ARE NOT ABLE TO DELIVER ANY ALCOHOL PRODUCTS AHEAD OF TIME. THOSE WILL BE DELIVERED ONCE YOU ARRIVE. We are required by law to physically check and verify you are at least 21 years of age.
Our fees are a $25 Concierge Service Fee to reserve your grocery delivery date, a $25 Grocery Delivery fee to deliver your groceries the day you arrive, and a 20% Grocery Service Fee which is based your grocery total. We do have a $350 minimum or the Grocery Service Fee will be increased to $70. We will utilize any sales and/or coupons we have as an added bonus to you. A copy of the actual receipt(s) will be emailed to you for proof of the total.
How It Works
1. Click "Add to Cart" for the Concierge Service fee below.
2. Proceed to your Cart.
3. If your Cart looks correct, click Checkout.
4. In the Rental Address or Location and Setup Dates, enter your rental address and the day of your arrival.
5. Complete the rest of the checkout steps. This will reserve your delivery day.
6. Come back to this page within a week but no less than 3-days before your delivery.
7. Provide us your grocery list by either:
Entering your List in the "Enter Your List" form below, OR
Upload your list including your name and rental you are staying in by clicking Upload Your List below (acceptable formats include PDF, Word, or Excel), OR
Email us the list along with the rental you are staying in at firstname.lastname@example.org
8. An email confirmation will be sent to you confirming we have your list along with any questions we might have.
9. We will purchase your items on your grocery list the day before you are set to arrive.
10. An invoice will be sent to you to pay for the groceries plus our Grocery Service Fee.
11. You must pay the invoice prior to us delivering the groceries. (Our website does not keep any credit card information from the original purchase for security reasons.)
12. We will work with your rental agency for access in.
13. On the day of delivery, we will enter the rental, with your rental company's permission, to put away all of your groceries.
14. You will receive an email when everything has been placed.
15. If you have alcohol, we will coordinate with you on your arrival so we can check your ID prior to delivery. (It's the Law)

The Finer Points
$350 is the minimum order. Any order less than this will have the 20% fee increased to $70.
There is no maximum order amount.
Any purchased alcohol will not be able to be delivered to your rental property until you have arrived. We must confirm you are 21 years of age or older.
The $25 concierge service fee is non-refundable.
There is no fee for cancellations made prior to purchasing the groceries.
Once the groceries have been purchased, you will be required to pay the invoiced amount.
