How to complete a reservation

Check the text below in RED to see if your setup date is available.

Chose one of our 4 Packages below by clicking on Add to Cart.

Scroll further down to the Accessories Section to determine if any would be enjoyable for you and/or your group.

Click Add to Cart for any Accessory you would like to add to your Package.

Click on your Cart.

Change the quantity to the number of days you would like us to set up for you for each item in your cart (ex: Sunday - Friday = 6 days)

In the Add a Note section, enter any information you would like to share. For example: exchange Cornhole for Spike Ball. Another example: Set up to the left of the public access in front of X condo.

Click Checkout, PayPal, or click on More Options to use PayPal's Pay Later option (pay in 4 easy installments).

On the Check out screen, complete all boxes and pay special attention to the Setup Date(s) and Location box.

Please enter the date(s) you would like us to set up (per the example above, enter the dates for Sunday - Friday) and then enter the location you would like us to set up at. Here is an example: July 3 - 8, 66th Street Public Access.

If you do not know where the best place is, please enter your rental property address. We will work with you to determine the easiest and best place for you. For example, July 3-8, 123 Any Street.

Continue through the Checkout process to complete your order.

You will receive a reservation confirmation once your payment has been processed (typically in a few minutes)

You will receive an information email from us about what will happen the first day of your reservation. If your setup date is a few weeks after your reservation, do not worry as we will resend the information email again when it is closer to the date of your setup.

The Experience

Day of Your Reservation

Your package should be set up by 9:30am (unless current weather prohibits then we will set up as quickly as the weather allows)

A trash bag and a recycle bag will be included for your convenience
-
Show up ready to relax and enjoy your day at the beach
-
Leave when you are ready (please place the Bluetooth speaker in the back of one of the chairs and all trash & recyclables in the provided bags)

Removal will begin after 5:00pm
-
Seasonal adjustments to setup and removal times may be required due to shorter days.
Bad Weather
-
Our intention is to notify you by 9:00am if we are not able to set up or will set up late due to the weather

Typically there are three (3) reasons for cancelling
-
Sustained winds over 25mph
-
Projected rain for more than 5 hours
-
Severe weather alert (ie: Tropical Storm or Hurricane)

If severe weather should happen, please lay the chairs flat on the sand, leave and take shelter as your safety is most important

Equipment Exchange - We allow you to exchange accessories with another accessory as long as the exchange is of equal or lesser value/and available. For example, you may exchange a Pack 'n Play for the Cornhole Boards or Spike Ball for the Cornhole Boards. You may also change a Beach Chair for a Sling Chair. Unfortunately, you may not exchange a Beach Chair or Sling Chair for a Zero-Gravity Chair. If you would like to exchange a Beach Chair or Sling Chair for a Zero-Gravity Chair, please see below. To accomplish an exchange, please use the Special Instructions / Comments section of your Cart to state that what item you would like to exchange with another item. For example, "Please exchange the Pack 'n Play for the Cornhole Boards". We will confirm the exchange in a follow-up email after you receive your purchase confirmation.The only exceptions are the side table and Bluetooth speaker. No exchanges are allowed for either.

Zero-Gravity Chair Exchange - If you would like to exchange a Beach or Sling Chair for a Zero-Gravity Chair, please add the Zero-Gravity Chair Upgrade to your Cart. Please update the number of Zero-Gravity Chairs for both the number of Zero-Gravity Chair exchanges you want plus the number of days you want the upgrade. For example, if you would like to upgrade 2 Beach Chairs for 2 Zero-Gravity Chairs and would like this for 2 days then you would add 4 Zero-Gravity Chair Upgrades to your Cart (2 X 2). Please state in the Special Instructions / Comments section of your Cart that you want 2 Zero-Gravity Chair upgrades for 2 days.

Location Change - We will need at least 12 hours notice. Please use the Contact page or Email Us to let us know the new location. We will confirm the change in location by email. If you do not receive an email, please proceed to the original location.

Additional Equipment - We are happy to provide additional equipment if you decide you would like to add them later. Please add the item to your cart above without having to choose a package since you already have a package reserved. Once in your cart, please use the Special Instructions / Comments text box to state that this is an add-on item and which days you would like the item added to your package. Next proceed to checkout and use the same email address as your package reservation so our system knows you have already booked a reservation with a package. We request you do this by 8:00pm the evening before. You will receive two (2) emails - 1) a Purchase Confirmation email, and 2) another email from us confirming we received your request and will add it to your package for the day(s) you requested.

Late Pickup - We will accept requests for a late pick-up until 6:30pm or sunset (whichever occurs first). Please Email Us prior to 3:00pm and ask if we can accommodate a late pick-up and how long you would like to stay. We will reply back whether or not we are able to approve your request. We will do everything possible to adjust our pick-up schedule to provide you the extra time but please be understanding if we have reasons why we are unable to. We do not charge for late pick-ups (ie: free).
